Biography

Alessandro Castelli: was born in 1955 in Melegnano (MI). Industrial proficient Diploma taking many specialization courses such as SDA Bocconi for the selection and assessment of human resources. He was self-employed as a consultant for more than 10 years. In 1973, he became a member of TD Group as the manager of the office in Florence responsible for both sales and research-selection of human resources to be focused on education and engagement in external consulting. In 1977 he returned into the headquarters in Pisa as board vice-chairman and Personnel Director.

Paolo Montali : was born on Jan 13, 1965. He started his professional career in planning and control of land holding information for the latest technical and commercial matters related to management information systems for private and public organizations. After being the CEO of DS Data Systems SpA and Chief Financial Officer of the same company, he was responsible for  designing, developing and marketing of ERP product which is used by over 200 medium-large organizations and certified best-practice in the Central Public Administration sector. In 1999 he established and developed the Ltd dsTAXI, an information technology company, of which he was the Chairman, merged in 2005 by TAS Group, a company quoted on the new market of the Italian Stock Exchange. From January 2009 he is the Director of Operations at TD Group.

Vincenzo Argentieri:was born in 1949 in Acquaviva (BA). In October 1973 he graduated from the University of Pisa in Information Science. In January 1976 is hired by IBM where he worked for 28 years holding several roles until he became Market & Industry Director for Central Italy.   From October 2006 he is working with the TD Group as Commercial Director.
 

Mauro Bottoni from 1978 to 1984 he worked at the Office Planning and Programming R&D ITALTEL during the project "Proteo" to implement the central telephone switching digital technology.From 1984 to 1987 he worked in the system technology area of Cassa di Risparmio di Prato. From 1995 to 2000 he worked in INFOGROUP where he plays the role of Director Software Market. Since 2000 he is Chief Managing Director and General Manager of Insurance Online. 

Giulio Fadda: was born in 1957. Industrial proficient Diploma. He is experienced in planning business information systems and management of training activities in the information area. He is a member of TD Group from the beginning and from 2001 he is the Administrative Director.
 
Dino Ravanelli: was born in 1969 in Rome. He graduated from the University of Pisa in Information Science in 1995. Course in Solution Selling ®, Gustav Käser ® Training International and IBM Solutions Sales. In 1995 he began his experience in sales and marketing in ICT companies, both National and multinational quoted on the Stock Exchange.
From September 2007 he is a member of TD Group as Marketing Director.
 
Lorenzo Lorenzi : was born in 1946 in Follonica (GR). he graduated from the University of Pisa in Electronic Engineering in 1971.
He took many courses regarding Safety Management, about SA 8000, D. Lgs. 196/03 related to privacy, functioning as external RSPP and internal surveyor of environmental systems.

From 1992 he is responsible of safety and quality in TD Group.

Ugo Galetto  Born in 1957 in Rome. He graduated in Electronic Engineering at La Sapienza. Works in Olivetti for 12 years at Sun Microsystems Italia for more than four years holding positions of responsibility both technical and commercial to become Branch Market Manager. He worked for the group Etnoteam in development and management of information portals and supply services. From 2003 to 2007 is due to revitalize the work activities of the I&T through the establishment of a company nuoa: the Tecnoindex spa.

Since 2008 works in the TD Group with responsibility for the Rome branch.

Sergio De Mingo :  was born in 1973 in Madrid. He graduated in Technical Systems Engineering in 1995 and in nursing in 2008. From 1995 to this day he has held important assignments in large international telecommunication companies, Safety and Business Consulting.

From April 2008 he is the Commercial Director of the office in Madrid of TD Group.
